Our Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.O.P. Affinato embodies authentic Modenese tradition, aged for a minimum of 12 years. Made exclusively from cooked must of typical Modenese grapes, processed over an open flame in copper kettles, it undergoes a natural fermentation and acetification process.
Carefully aged in small barrels of fine woods such as oak, chestnut, and juniper, it matures through successive transfers, acquiring a rich aromatic bouquet and a balanced flavor, with a pleasant harmony between sweetness and acidity.
Ideal for enhancing salads, white meats, grilled vegetables, and fresh cheeses, it adds a touch of elegance to your culinary creations.
